We are committed to strenghtening families and empowering individuals through meaningful connection , education and support. Our organization proudly offers a FREE MONTHLY support group for moms and dads of children with unique abiliites. These groups provide a safe and welcoming space to share experiences, gain practical tools, and build a strong community.
We are also excited to announce the launch of our Teen Support group, designed to help support adolescents in building self esteem, managing stress and anxiety, developing healthy coping skills and much more. Families can use their Step up for students scholarship to cover the cost of the Teen Support Group.
Our Renal Support Group is designed to support individuals newly diagnosed with Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) or End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). This monthly group will provide education, emotional support, and guidance as participants navigate their diagnosis and treatment journey.
