Meet Our Staff

Arilea Fenty is the co- founder and owner of Chances Advocates LLC. Mrs. Fenty is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) and Certified Dementia Practitioner ( CDP) with over 17 years of experience in the field of Social Work. Mrs. Fenty has experience in the following: children/ families, domestic violence, grief/loss, counseling, nursing homes, hospice care and early childhood education. As a social worker, and parent of a special needs child, she understands the struggles families face on this journey. Her main focus is to provide unconditional positive regard, empathy and compassion while helping families advocate to meet their child’s maximum potential. Mrs Fenty believes that providing parents with the right tools, will allow each Autistic child a CHANCE to succeed.

Jermaine Fenty is the co-founder and owner of Chances Advocates LLC. Mr. Fenty majored in Business Management and marketing. He has over 9 years of experience in the retirement industry focusing on ( 401K, 403B and other qualified retirement plans. During the beginning of his sons’ diagnosis, he took leave from work to focus on research, understanding and accepting the autism diagnosis. With this personal experience he is able to share resources and support families. As a father of a special needs child, he will focus on breaking down barriers to encourage and support other fathers on this journey.
